Looking for a health food joint? Amit Gaur’s ‘SVA’ is the right choice!!

Actor Amit Gaur who essays the role of TK in Channel V’s Swim Team calls out for all the fitness freaks to try his ‘SVA’ delicacies.

Yes, in addition to managing his acting schedules, Amit is nowadays busy managing his health food joint named SVA, which he has co-founded along with his sister, Aditi Gaur.

SVA which means ‘Soul’ in Sankrit will give people delicacies which are completely vegetarian, rich in protein and are ‘soulfully’ tasty.

The one ingredient that will be found in majority of the items happens to be the protein-rich grain, Quinoa. According to Amit and his sister, people who really want to maintain good physique and stay healthy usually go for foods that are rich in protein. In such cases, meat happens to be the best option.

But SVA serves people with items made of Quinoa which enriches the protein content in the body. Whether it is the Organic Quinoa Sushi served with Soy Sauce, or the one-of-its-kind Non-Bread Burger called Quinoa or the Spinach Burger with baked sweet potate fries, Rainbow Salad, one will find an interesting menu variety with SVA.

Going to the non-dairy beverages, SVA’s best-seller happens to be Almond Milk which is interestingly not made of milk. The cold-pressed way of making the juices adds to the nutrient level.

Talking about this venture, Amit Gaur talks to Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, SVA is really in demand. Our non-bread burgers, delicacies made of Quinoa are a hit. Every healthy person is usually on the lookout to eat healthy, and we cater to their needs. Our foods are prepared soon after we get our orders; hence they are very fresh. You cannot find any preservatives or sweeteners in our products. We are at present a take-away joint, and work from Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm.”

SVA has got into a tie-up with Scootsy that deliver the orders in quick time to all the places in Mumbai.

The who’s who of the telly and Bollywood industry have already showered their love to SVA, by ordering their health foods on a regular basis. Talking of this, Amit tells us, “Dino Morea, Raj and Shilpa Kundra, Tabu, Rocky S, Ayesha Shroff, Harshita Gaur, Param Singh have been ordering our products often. The best-selling author and fitness trainer, Deanne Pandey in fact gave a thumbs-up to our health food.”

On plans of expansion, Amit avers, “Yes, we have been getting mails and requests to start up franschise openings in many other places in the country. We hope for the best, and want to ride high.”

Last but not the least, talking about his sister Aditi and her huge involvement in setting up the joint, Amit states, “SVA is Aditi’s brainchild, shes the founder of SVA. It has been her idea; she was the one who named our joint as SVA which means ‘soul’ in Sanskrit. Every recipe that gets done at SVA has been keenly thought-of and designed by her.”
